Four others, all of O Grove, received letters of thanks from the president of the Basque PP, María San Gil. Of these, two were included in the lists of Muskiz and Ugao-Miraballes. So, the number of Galician citizens involved in this process has now risen to eleven (nine neighbors of O Grove and two of A Illa), of which five were included in the electoral teams of four different Bizkaia municipalities (in addition already mentioned, and Erandio Orozko). The phenomenon becomes, at times, baffling. Up to four members of one family were used as grovense volunteers without their consent, and two of them were included in separate applications. In O Grove, the epicenter of the controversy is still installed in departments of Civil Protection, a municipal department in which one way or another relate most cases discovered in the municipality arousano, recruited before 27-M, when the PP still ruled the town.
